We can only just afford a stake in a two-bed flat
Every week a Guardian Money reader submits a question, and it's up to you to help him or her out ? a selection of the best answers will appear in next Saturday's paper.
This week's question
Any answers? We can (just) afford to buy a 25% stake in a two-bed shared ownership flat that's selling for 330,000. The mortgage and rent bill will be 1,200 a month ? we earn 2,300. I'd love to hear how other readers have got on with shared ownership. Is it a good idea?
What do you think?
