The spokesman for the Iranian Foreign Ministry Ramin Mehmanparast on Sunday said that America had sent a message to Tehran regarding the Strait of Hormuz. Mehmanparast told reporters Sunday that the message was conveyed in three ways including by UN envoy Susan Rice. When asked about the content of this letter, Mehmanparast said that it is under study and "we will respond if necessary."
