Decree by Serbian Government over freedom of movement at administration checkpoints with Kosovo is unacceptable for Serbs from Kosovo north but also for Albanians from the south of Serbia. While Serbian side thinks that this is implicit recognition of Kosovo independence, Albanians from Presevo Valley are disappointed at too high taxes they shall have to pay each time they enter the territory of Kosovo.
